Cancellation policy

Please note that we require credit card details for fraud and spam protection. You are not charged at the time of booking. 24-hour advance notice is required for cancellations.

Any same-day appointments canceled or missed with less than 4 hours' notice will incur a charge for the full amount of the service; appointments canceled or missed with more than 4 hours' notice and less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge for half the amount of the service.
